Deluxe bolsters EMEA Executive Leadership Team

Neil Ballantine joins the company as Managing Director

Deluxe Entertainment Services Group Inc. announced the appointment of Neil Ballantine as Managing Director of the company's EMEA Media Services Division, which forms part of Deluxe's global Delivery Operations offering.

In this role, Ballantine is responsible for managing all of Deluxe’s Media Services operations in the EMEA region including content services, access services, digital distribution, restoration and SaaS solutions. He previously spent over ten years in senior leadership positions at Cinram, most recently as Managing Director of European Operations. Ballantine’s wealth of experience in global supply chain management is perfectly suited to leading the expansion of Deluxe’s Media Services businesses.

Amanda Cupples, President of Deluxe International, said: “Neil joins Deluxe at a very exciting time as we expand and transform our media services offering to ensure that we meet the demands and challenges of our customers and audiences who consume media 24/7. With his caliber of leadership and supply chain expertise, along with his understanding of the needs of the media and entertainment industry, I’m confident he’ll excel at driving the division forward.”

Prior to joining Cinram, Ballantine spent ten years in the aerospace industry working for British Aerospace Airbus in the UK, France, and Germany. He then applied his operational expertise in the management consulting environment, working with businesses looking to improve their supply chain processes. “I am excited to be joining the media powerhouse that is Deluxe,” said Ballantine.

“I am looking forward to building on the company’s rich, unrivaled heritage in the media industry and the incredible work the teams have already achieved, and leading the company’s future innovations in media services.”
