Myriam Vergne Joins Euronews

Exciting new strategic plan for Euronews

As part of the Euronews Next strategy, Myriam Vergne joins the team of Carolyn Gibson, Chief Revenue officer, as VP Sales EMEA. With over 20 years' experience, Myriam Vergne is a high-profile and much respected professional in the media industry.

Engaged in a strategic business transformation with its ambitious development plan "Euronews Next", Euronews reinforces its Sales department with the creation of a new position of VP Sales, EMEA. As of April 3, 2017, Myriam Vergne, from The Economist Group, joins Euronews Group and will be based at the Paris office. She will play a key role in the development of the group's new commercial strategy for the region with the aim of increasing Euronews and Africanews market share and accelerating long-term sustainable revenue growth.

Myriam will lead and manage the Paris, London, Berlin and Dubai offices' teams in charge of sales across EMEA and Latin America.
