Safety at ISE Live & Online in London

Event to take place on 23-24 June at Evolution, Battersea

At the London edition of ISE Live & Online, attendees can enjoy in-person networking whilst discovering the latest industry insights from leading AV brands, associations and thought leaders. Safety measures will be in line with England’s current Covid rules; holding the event does not depend on the final easing of restrictions, and so it remains unaffected by the Government’s announcement on 14 June.

“If you are planning to attend ISE in London on 23-24 June, you can look forward to a warm welcome!” commented Mike Blackman, Integrated Systems Events Managing Director. “We can’t wait to see you and reunite the UK’s AV industry in a safe yet inviting environment. But before we meet for a drink at The Eve O’Lution Pub on the show floor, please make sure you are aware of the protocols and guidance before you arrive at the venue.”

  • Register in advance, print your badge and bring it with you
  • You must scan the track-and-trace QR code when you arrive at the venue.
  • Use the mezzanine (upstairs area) to enter the event; this will help maintain social distancing of 2 metres
  • Observe the one-way system around the venue, marked by floor stickers
  • There will be hand sanitisers in the toilets and on exhibitor stands
  • You must wear a mask inside the venue at all times, except where noted below. If you are exempt, please display your exemption lanyard/badge clearly or entry will not be permitted
  • Once seated in the theatre area, you may remove your mask; chairs will be spaced 2m apart
  • Once seated in a café area, you may remove your mask. Table service will be in operation; all tables will be spaced 2m apart with six chairs around them
  • Exhibitors will monitor and manage numbers of people on their stands to ensure social distancing
  • All toilets in the atrium will be in use throughout, reducing the potential for queuing
  • Additional cleaning will take place during the event to focus on busy touch points

Please see for more information about the Covid-19 protocols that will be in place during the event.
